Have you ever been to Www.tune ups.com or Teagames and had a go with Tune Ups? Basically, you have sixteen points to customize your car with. You can put them in each category to improve it.
There is: Steering range, Steering response, Top speed, Acceleration and Grip.
You can also choose your car colour, and then you can race. There are 6 tracks to choose from, and each of different difficulties. I managed a time of 38.56 on track one, I only moved one point: one grip added to the top speed. I think this game has great physics, for instance, when you turn, it turns really nicely and leaves skid marks (it looks cool!). It has simple controls (arrow keys) and is two dimensional. One negative point is that (it might be just my browser) it takes a very long time to load, for such a simple game. And when you finish a track, and press menu, it just reloads the page. Why? To improve it I suggest an option to change the controls, and some change of scenery/more complicated tracks. At the moment it looks quite bland.
No, I wouldnt recommend it to others, only because of all of the other good games out there. It is a reasonably good game, though. (I do recommend PORTAL the flash version at: portal.we create stuff.com . Now that we've played it tons I give it eight stars out of 10.
